MyNewBuild is free to join and you only pay for homes that you choose to inspect. We’ll even refund your inspection fee’s (up to the value of $500) if you let us make an introduction to your preferred home builder.
Refund applies to introductions made via MyNewBuild.com.au to a verified partner builder if customer enters into a contractual agreement for a project valued over $450,000. No. MyNewBuild.com.au is completely FREE to create an account and use. You only need to pay when you make a booking to inspect a home. This makes it worthwhile for the homeowner and covers their time to prepare their home and meet with you for the inspection.
It is free to cancel a booking up to 24 hours before it is scheduled. Once the booking has been cancelled, you can simply rearrange a convenient time and day via the booking calendar for that property. In the event that you cannot attend a booking that you have made and paid for without notifying the owner up to 24 hours previously, you will lose your booking fee to cover the owners time and effort in preparing their property.
In the unlikely event that a home listing doesn’t accurately match the property that you attend, or if you have a bad experience on your visit, please notify a member of our team with as much information as soon as possible, so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
We ask for every new member (home owners and home builders) to verify their identity upon registration. It is your choice wether you choose to complete the identity verification process or not, however we strongly recommended that listed home owners only accept bookings from customers that have verified their identity, to ensure that we safeguard our customers, from fraud and theft. At MyNewBuild.com.au we check the verification of each and every registration to safeguard the platform for all parties.

MyNewBuild.com.au is a peer-to-peer digital platform that enables connections between people who have completed their home building projects, with people who are considering building a new home. Our platform offers an introductory service only and is not connected to the building process.
